Cache files being accumulated in Netbackup\Temp

Hi All,

Multiple cache files are being created in Netbackup\Temp location in the  NBU client due to which the disk space is getting filled up. Please help us in knowing why these files are being created and how we can stop this.

NBU master server: 7.5.0.4, Windows 2008 R2
Affected Client: 7.5.0.3, Windows 2003
Policy Setup: Backs up all local drives with multistreaming enabled.
