Manage Media without Vault

Hi there,

I'm quite new to Netbackup (coming from TSM) and have almost finished the netbackup implementation at our company. Our management has decided not to purchase the VAULT license, therefore, I'm stuck managing media manually.  Can any of you share some insight as to how you have gone about this?

I've setup multiple volume pools and one of them is for OFFSITE media. Data is being copied there without issue, but, how can I tell when this media is to be recalled (for scratch)? 

Also, is there a command or script that will output all media that is to be ejected and sent offsite?
