Script for weekly/monthly tape change

Hello All,

I have around 45 LTO5 tapes and I want a script to identify which tapes need to removed from the backup unit and which tapes should be inserted for weekly and monthly jobs.

It should tell me to:

Remove tapes:

- Tapes used for weekly / monthly jobs which haven't been used more than a week.

Insert tapes:
- Tapes with the least number of mounts.

- or something even better suggested by experts here than what I am asking for would be much appreciated. ( I am newbie) 

In short I want a script to deeply scan the NBserver and email me that which tapes really needs to be removed/inserted (not to just randomly pick a tape)

Is there anyone can that advise me or share the script with me?
