My Problem is the Backup of Sharepoint 2013 / OS Windows Server 2012
with Netbackup 7.5.06
Database: Windows SQLServer 2012 / OS : Windows Server 2012
Office Web App Server 2012 / OS : Windows Server 2008 R2

We have change the Account of "Netbackup Client Service" to Domain User with Local Admin rights and Database Grant Rights and Sharepoint Farm Admin .
