How Much free space should be of total disk space to take the backup

Hi Friends,

I have BMR backup runing for client backup jobs shows that beging writting but does not show any data writting , and this server is have 95 % disk full .

Is there any criteria like how much space of total disk should be free to backup the data , it is incremental backup .

Please Assist .
