NBU Enterprise 7.1.0.3 running on Solaris 10
With a Sun SL48 robot with 3 mailslots.
I got a failed Vault session yesterday, because the mailslot wasn't properly closed so the last tapes couldn't be ejected.
5 tapes were about to ejected and it ejected the first lot (3 tapes) and then failed (error 287) on the second lot (2 tapes)
After getting the operators open/close the mailslot I could manually eject the 2 outstanding tapes. (using vltopmenu)
All worked fine and the NBU gui shows the newly ejected tapes as Vaulted.
BUT the first lot (3 tapes) that was correctly ejected is not Vaulted (no Date Vaulted)
It correctly shows that the tapes are not in the robot.
Why isn't the tapes showing as Vaulted?
