Ghost Jobs

Hi

Heres my envt

NBU - 7.6.0.3

Windows 2008

Everytime I open BAR gui and browse the contents for restore a blank restore job shows up in activity monitor. There is no information in the job apart from a line which states the requested operation completed successfully. I found a technote but that seems to be cos of Ops center. I am not using Ops center in this envt. 

Any idea whats happening ?
