Will i upgrade the patch NB 7.5.0.4 TO 7.5.0.5 or let the backups continue to work on NB7.5.0.4?

Hi

My question is i am backing up Exchange,Sql, and File level backups on Windows Server 2008 r2 master Server 

Master server NB7.5.0.4

CLIENTS NB 7.5.0.4

OPS Center 7.5.0.4

all the backups working fine

So what is recommended for me ,

Will i update the patch or not from 7.5.0.4 to 7.5.0.5? , as all the backups are running smoothly now!
