Netbackup Restores 'as a service'

Hello everyone,

This isn't really a technical query, but I thought a backup forum would be a good place to ask the initial question:

Does anyone use, or know of, a service that not only hosts your backup tapes, but also provides the service to restore backup files for you on request?

Do Symantec, or their partners, offer such a service?
