snapshot 156 error from virtual clients

hello all, please i have a problem. i have been encountering an error 156 snapshot status code from the virtual clients on my Netbackup environment. i tried eliminating the snapshot errors by increasing the datastores on my Virtual Center but the errors still persist. please is there any other solution i have not tried yet(maybe adjusting the individual policies containing those VMs. please any response of any sort will help.
