Multiple bpclntcmd processes gets kicked off during trx log backups in sql servers(client) and these are using more CPU and causing 100% CPU utilization. When tried to kill the multiple bpclntcmd.exe processes in task manager on sql server it does not respond. The system sometimes just hungs. When backup job is cancelled from NBU side and they rerun it gets rectified. This issue is sporadic and happens once or twice everymoth for 10 different sql servers. The logs have not been enabled. Symantec support recommended to upgrade all clients to 7.5.0.5 but the problem still persists. We have this issue from past 5 to 6 months. Anybody facing simillar issue or can suggest anything?
