question about Netbackup BMR

We are using Netbackup 7.5.0.5, and looking at the possibility of using Bare Metal Restore on Solaris and SUSE linux boxes.

My first question...   How do I generate a report of when my last valid BMR image for the servers was taken?

2nd question....         how can I validate that the BMR image and SRT for the server is valid , short of blowing up the server

                                  and trying to restore it?
