Understanding backup id number after client name

We are trying to see how far behind our AIR slp replication jobs are. I was wondering if the number at the end of the backup ID is any indication of the date the job was run - client_#############

Does anyone know how to decipher the number after the client name? Does it have any relevance to the date of the job?
