Netbackup inventory robot can't see media tape

Hi,

I have been facing a problem with tapes.

Most of the times required tapes are already available in the physical libraries,  At the same time, if i run the inventory on the master server, We loaded 104 media tapes but we can only see 1 tape.

This is a tape library issue or netbackup configuration? Please advise.

Environment

Windows Server 2008 R2 = Netbackup Master Server 7.5.0.5

Windows Server 2008 R2 = Netbackup Media Server 7.5.0.5
